  We bought two nights on Groupon. We arrived at Laguardia airport and drove three hours to get there. Arrived at 7 pm When we arrived all ga
  tes were locked. We tried to call but only got a voice mail. Tried to contact by email, text and tried to contact Groupon. Finally had to drive back to NY because all hotels in area were full due to weather causing problems. Thought that could have been their problem but all the places we stopped around them trying to get help had electricity. We could see a light on the porch of the manor so they had electricity. Cannot imagine not having someone there to answer phone when you take people’s money and set dates. If they call me tomorrow and we work something out I will update this review
